The production line is composed of infeed ransfer table unit, rotating loading unit, feeding conveyor unit, marking unit, two drilling units, outfeed conveyor unit, hydraulic system and electrical control system etc.

1.CNC control of three axes and servo infeed, ensure exact positioning; the speed ofdrilling spindle is stepless adjustedby frequency invertor; and the feedingspeed is stepless adjusted by governor valve.

2.Workpiece program can be inputted by manual, also canbe created by lofting software automatically and transmitted through USB or network, workpiece program can display simulate graphic.
